Who is Mason Shoemate?

Mason Shoemate is the founder of Crux, and the one person who builds and runs it. Most trading content sells the win. Mason started Crux for the trader behind the trades. It shows the honest numbers instead: what following your own plan is worth, and the habits that cost you. It also shows how much room is left on a prop firm account. Crux reads your fills and never places a trade.

Mason is a Christian, and that shapes how Crux is made. A faith journal sits beside the trading journal. The two are never set against each other.

How are these pages written?

With an AI assistant, working from Crux’s own code and documentation. That is said plainly because it is true, and because you should know how a page you rely on was made. What keeps the pages honest is where the facts come from, not who typed them:

Crux’s own behaviour is described from the code that does it: what each connection reads, how trades are built, what each limit checks.
Rules for other companies are read from their own pages, linked, and dated on the page. Competitor facts in the comparisons are checked against each company’s pricing page.
Worked sums are recomputed by the code that builds the page, so a wrong number stops the build.
Scripture is the World English Bible, fetched rather than typed.
